This album reminds me of the most interesting jazz bands participated in our local International jazz festival in Almaty. I am sure that this music would find less followers and fans in our city compare to some other countries with more advanced jazz communities however this album deserves to be listened to at least once if you're not a fan of such a mixture and more - if you are.

Fetch picks up right where Horizontal Structures left off: von Oswald allowing the group's myriad tones and timbres to bleed out and coagulate.

The finished product is a beautifully fluid fusion of dub, jazz and micro-house zone-outs that continues to exemplify Oswald's two-decade strong aptitude as one of the great masters of repetitive groove theory.

Fetch sinks below the high water level of conscious synapses firing to collapse perceptions of time and warm the sheets of the subconscious. [Aug 2012, p.48]
