  • Summary: J.G. Thirlwell's first album as Foetus in four years finds the industrial pioneer back with eleven new tracks and another monosyllabic title.
Score distribution:
  1. Positive: 5 out of 6
  2. Negative: 0 out of 6
  1. Flow demonstrates that industrial music remains potent and vital in the early 2000s, and that one of its greatest pioneers is still one of its greatest innovators.
  2. This is the best Foetus record in about 12 years. [Aug 2001, p.88]
  3. Hugely exciting one minute, unlistenable the next and far too much to handle in a single sitting, Thirlwell's noise addiction can still make Trent Reznor seem like a pussycat.

  1. One of the very best industrial albums of the decade. Thirlwell displays his genius in most of its songs. Though certainly not as good as Nail or Hide, Flow manages to take the listener to an utterly bizarre world. Highly recommendable. Expand
