This album is very interesting and eclectic. Tunng really has their own sound, and should not get mislabeled as "folktronic" or any other hackneyed titles. In other words, it keeps me interested, yet I can play it around my girlfriend, who can't stand excessively strange music. Expand

  1. Don't let the seductively pleasant drift of the tunes fool you: this is sharp, dark stuff.
  2. It's an album sufficiently laced with despair to render the not-committed listener uncomfortable; delve deeper, though, to where the darkness makes way for an eerie underworld glow, and the record's beauty emerges.
  3. Unadulterated genius--we're practically drooling.
