    This album is superb,right the whole way through.Fans of Daft Punk,or the band who released 2007's other masterpiece("Cross") Justice will absolutely adore it.Reminiscent of LCD's Sound Of Silver too.Great tunes,and its fab live too.

    Music here comes in rushes. Well-tempoed. Tight and loose, loud and soft, so varied in the electronic vein that it deserves a full listen no matter how many times you hear it. While perhaps wrong to relate such a young group to the all-time greats, I can remember listening to Who's Next and getting a similar feeling. Problems here are production, which could be much more polished, and acoustics, which need more sophistication. Nonetheless, you must download this album and enjoy a pair bound to get much better as they mature. Watch out! Digitalism is coming.… Expand

    Much to the shagrin of Stylus, Digitalism have released an album somewhere between the ed banger/kitsune style and early daft punk resulting in an action packed summer album of 2007. Soooo goood.

    Does everyone here work for Digitalism? This is no match for Justice & Sebastian. It lacks any real character and sounds like all the 'cool' car adverts I'll be muting in the next 12 months. Pitchfork have it right.

    The grandeur is only slightly greater than it was before, but they've discovered a certain pop sensibility that was previously absent. And not only have they discovered this attribute about themselves, but they have honed in on that particular trait and made it the focus of the entire album.

    'Idealism' is dusted with the kind of metallic house glitter caking LCD's 'Sound Of Silver', and, just as promisingly, the title track could have been carved from Daft Punk before they decided they were human after all.
