Nine tracks appearing on the My Best Fiend's album - "In Ghostlike Fading" are holding a good level rock compositions divided into typically alternative music, with prevailing in foreground harsher and backing vocals ("One Day Velvet", "Higher Palms-Oma") and the calm, almost lethargic sound like: "Jesus Christ" or title-song "In Ghostlike Fading".

The textures of this material will transport its listener in ways that few albums of its ilk have achieved in recent memory, implementing the hallowed harmonies embedded in the Sunday mornings of Coldwell's Catholic upbringing to a new level of impassioned cohesion.

It's apparent that these newcomers certainly have their ears wide open, reimagining everything they rebroadcast.

In Ghostlike Fading is a low-key debut, full of mellow, worn-in songs replete with extended jams, guitar maelstroms, and harmonicas.
