    Lets be straight, "In Time To Voices" at its most fundamental is Indie Rock. The album is driven by power chord sequences which provide the foundations for some songs that are structured in an epic way. Blood Red Shoes keep things simple, but what they do they do well. They female/male vocal dynamic lifts the band's sound and at times will remind you of "The Kills" or a more substantialLets be straight, "In Time To Voices" at its most fundamental is Indie Rock. They female/male vocal dynamic lifts the band's sound and at times will remind you of "The Kills" or a more substantial sounding White Stripes. The combination of vocals, expressive guitar parts and suitable alternative arrangements are components of the disc. Sometimes - as for example in the single "Cold" or "Two Dead Minutes" has been implicated motifs of electronics and lots of synthesizers.     While tuneful and solid, [In Time To Voices] is not as spectacularly primal as their initial offering Box Of Secrets.

    Sonically, the band tends to be all over the map on this one.

    If such an otherwise emphatic and melodic record is the result of such constant squabbling, then Blood Red Shoes should perhaps start planning their arguments in advance for album number four.
