    I was new to Pontiak until Echo Ono which I thought was great. I like the anthemic approach on Innocence even more. I dont see the songs as mundance or balladry at all. Just good loud indie rock.

    The slower tracks feel out of place and disrupt the flow of the album, but the highlights, especially the opening tracks, are as good as anything Pontiak has done before.
