  1. Anyone with a love for substantive indie pop that sounds fresh with each listen would be erring by not picking up this affecting, gorgeous album.
  2. Coldplay comparisons are instantly apparent, but you get the feeling that these guys aren't going to end up with movie-star girlfriends.
  3. A lovely twilight trip. [15 Apr 2005, p.77]
  4. Let There Be Morning isn't designed to bowl you over with its size and scope; rather, it's a quietly compelling, lushly orchestrated affair that slowly but surely melts its way into your heart.
  5. 70
Let There Be Morning may not cure your insomnia, but it should be a soothing antidote to that fourth double cappuccino of the day. [#67, p.96]
  6. Too familiar, too gloomy and too bland.
  7. It is not an offensive album by any means, on the contrary, much of it is very, very nice. This is stuff that mom will like, that you can play at work and nobody will notice.

I listened to this album over and over again, it kind of lulled me into another space. It's gentle, a little melancholy and full of wistful dreams. I think you have to sit quietly with some albums to hear the subtler moments, and then receive the richer rewards. Collapse

I saw the Perishers last night with Sarah McLachlan and I think that they are very talented. I really enjoy their music. Their first album is good as well. Expand

I also saw them last night with Sarah McLachlan (Halifax show), and they were very good. My best friend bought the CD and had them sign it too.

I Think this is a band that focuses on writing about life experience vs what peopel want to hear. Making them genuine and very talented. real....

Yea, so it's not the most original or musically challenging album in the world, but it still offers some great, chill songs, perfect for listening to late at night or on a rainy day...... Expand
