    This album breaks new ground for a band that has already established themselves as one of the defining metalcore bands of this generation. Heavy instrumentals, hard hitting vocals and soft composition when needed makes this an overall effective album for a genre that has seen many cliches plague it.

    Simply, Architects are one of the biggest metalcore bands today, and with Lost Forever//Lost Together, they show us what are they made of with an album full of rage, power, and incredible sound

    Heavier than "Daybreaker," the Architects use this album to express their angry side. The tone is harsh and brutal. Despite no longer carrying the atmospheric sound of their previous album, the band doesn't loose any of their appeal.

    One the contrary, this album proves to be just a bit better than their previous work. The emotion the pour into their music is still here. The themes are    Heavier than "Daybreaker," the Architects use this album to express their angry side. The tone is harsh and brutal. Despite no longer carrying the atmospheric sound of their previous album, the band doesn't loose any of their appeal.

    One the contrary, this album proves to be just a bit better than their previous work. The emotion the pour into their music is still here. The themes are still political and religious. This time around though they deal with issues personally related to themselves. There's talk of cancer and anxiety, but for the most part these guys are still about their message. The band hits on some interesting topics.

    What really sets this album apart from what has come before is the anger the band has in their sound. They aren't afraid to let their disdain for certain subject matters. The result is that the album packs more of the brutal energy the genre is known for.

    While the more djent sound of Daybreaker is something I did miss, I loved this album almost as equally. I love the heavier side the band showed and as a result I liked this album just a pinch more. The added aggression is just what the band needed to stay fresh and attract a larger piece of the metalcore crowd.

    Their mastery of the genre, emotion, and lyrical topics allow them to stand out from the pack. This is an album and a band worth checking out. The Architects prove themselves once again.
