    Stunning, and as others have said this really is even better than Gotan Project's first album, which is saying something. Every emotion is played out in the songs, and the album matures with repeated listening until it is a pure joy. Quite how the NOW reviewer could say the music can get pretty "stagnant" is beyond belief.     I love this so much, even if you don't understand some of the songs the sound alone speaks volumes. The experimental mix of tango and electronic music is well done and brings a whole new original sound that pretty much belongs to them.

    recored in buenos aires, this second lp gets right down to the core of latin american tradition, with modern production sensibilities. a maturation of their debut, 'lunatico' presses all the right buttons for late night activities like smoking a bifta, doing a tango with your friends or licking your girlfriends armpits.

    In a subtle change in direction since their debut album Gotan Project go back to their Argentinean Tango roots but mix in an inspired helping of Parisian cafe cigarette smoke to provide a refreshingly original cross genre sound that provides a beautifully rich album from beginning to end.
