    I vote 10 even though it's not my favourite, but i think it's great! Songs like Sail my boat, You're amazing.... it's beautiful music

    The golden days of Riverboat Song and Day We Caught the Train are still gone, but this one's better than their last one - Up on the Downside's ultra catchy, Mechanical Wonder even more so, and Can't Get Back to the Baseline has a very funky groove to it. The slow folky stuff in between though is mostly boring

    I think this is a real return to form for OCS. I disagree with a number of others and find that the folk numbers compliment the others very well

    More low key than their earlier stuff... But just as good. From 'Sail on my Boat', to 'We Made it More'. Great music to just look out the window and think about life.

    Well - I will have to give this album another good listen. I love O.C.S but thought this album was awful! (Far too down with no substance) I got to say though that I can't believe what I'm reading here (alot of good ratings) so maybe my view is a wrong one? Other albums by O.C.S have been more absorbing. Still - after reading what people think here makes me wonder if I should listen to mechanical wonder again! - mmmmm - I wonder?… Expand

    not bad but not as good as moseley shoals just got the songs for the front row album classic nice live cd in it aswell keep it up ocs

    Yet despite the quality of Can't Get Back To The Baseline and the Kinks-like Give Me A Letter, several semi-acoustic fillers -- of which the dreary, You Are Amazing is the worst offender -- water down the album as a whole.
