    This 2x cd is awesome. The sound and the compositions are definately worthy of praise. The fact that it is a live lp is no big deal. It is sorta odd though-a live electronic album just has a surreal quality to it. I love it and am glad I bought it.

    no. certain reviews directly beneath this one are as accurate as they are coherent. this album is not for you, dear reader. it is fun in the same that asbestos and magnets new copper wire are fun. chew on a railway spike instead. its cheaper and more humanizing, and you can get some fresh air. two hours of post-teutonic kruppenstahl clamour. it will make your friends like you even less. has all the passion of a seiko watch. makes cuddly animals suddenly bare their teeth. Overall, a good album. Go......germans!… Expand

    This live album is the best Kraftwerk in years, the remix of numbers, TTE and the rest is worth the money. If I were them I would come out with a maxi single of numbers and call it 2005 Numbers Remix

    Oh god I'm falling asleep just listening to this. Remember that episode of Friends where Ross played all those 'new-age' sounds on his keyboard at Central Perk? It's like that personified.

    For true KW fans. A fantastic comiplation of favorites, including Autobahn & Robots but "souped-up" with modern bass. A must for all.

    If you've ever doubted Kraftwerk's suitability to a club environment, chuck disc 2 on, turn off the lights, add some lasers and play very loud. Alternatively, bribe a friendly DJ and slip this into his palm. The crowd will thank-you.

    About time, too. I have been a Kraftwerk fan since Autobahn, and have been somewhat frustrated by the insane period of time since they put out anything that justifies their (legitimate) claim to be the electronic Beatles. But, basically, does this offer anything beyond a greatest hits (of which there have been several, in one form or another)? Well yes, actually. Kraftwerk really rip it up on numerous occasions on this one. The versions of Man-Machine, Elektrocardiogram, Tour De France, Autobahn, Musik Non-Stop and even Trans-Europe Express still put the opposition well and truly in the shade. There is enough in the way of new approaches and rampant energy here to keep even the most disillusioned fan happy. While on one level this is not really any advance on the peak period of the early 80's, and a few more new elegant melodies would have been welcome, nevertheless this is a stand out record of one of the great live bands. Drive your neighbours to the brink, by cranking this one up in your lounge room. Beautiful music, beautifully recorded. A pity "Computer Love" didn't make the cut instead of one of the leser tracks (of which there are a few), but this makes 99% of techno sound like the elevator music that it is.… Expand

    The pass of time only gets to increase the incredible energy, youth, beauty of that timeless music. Kraftwerk aren´t not only the first electronical music masters but real sensible reviewers of our world, so sensibles as a butterfly wing as so powerful as as a thunder. Minimum Maximum is a pure joy, a pure resume of thirty five years of musical genious and a unique way to describe our day to day lifes: deep, frivolous, honest, coherent, incorruptible, ever loyal to their own attittude, never trying to teach or convince nobody about nothing, trusting in the audience´s intelligence, funny, severe, pure. Kraftwerk are still being the teachers about how to be brave fighting for an personal aesthetical idea. Thank you!… Expand

    This is very fun and catchy music. It is also surprisingly trascendant and beautiful at times. Those without a sense of humour look elsewhere.
