The best of all Primal Scream's world. Sprawling, hazy, and enjoyable. It would be tough to brand Primal Scream and the same with this album.
    Perfect for launching the summer.

In my opinion, Primal Scream's best album to date. Although long, this album rarely has low points. The opener "2013" is a perfect track along with many others on the album.

It's not an overall disaster, it's certainly never dull, and there's plenty to keep the loyalists happy. [No. 100, p.58]

More Light titrates psych rock, garage guitars and shaggy dance music, with Gillespie high on his own supply in a good way.

["It's A;right, It's OK" is] Yet another foray into shameless retro pastiche, then, but it concludes this gloomy, ear-bashing album with a welcome blast of rousing optimism. [Jul 2013, p.90]
