God, how out of touch are Q these days? ... Anyway, this album is a fine addition to the ever swelling Polysics catalogue of outstanding spaz rock. They have remained a force to be reckoned with for years now and I hope this will be their breakthrough.

Great, strange Japanes Punk Rock infused with dance beats. Think the Hives meets synth pop. If you wish Danko Jones was better and more Asian this is it

  1. Light years beyond any current dance-punk act. [Apr 2006, p.203]
  2. Songs like "Walky Talky" and "Bye-Bye-Bye" reference the band's Devo inspiration a bit too explicitly, but overall Polysics show themselves to have for the most part outgrown their influences.
  3. So exciting that it should come with a precautionary bottle of Prozac. [6 May 2006, p.33]
