For two years I only had the first three tracks of this album. I listened to them again and again and again... now that I have the whole thing, aaaah. Jim Guthrie is one talented man.

This is one of the best records of the year. GREAT production and excellent songs that stick in your head in a good way. Overall there is an understated charm to these songs that grows in addictiveness over repeated listens...not an easy feat by any means.

A dessert-island, all-time classic. Simple and hauntingly arranged folk songs that hit like a bag of diamonds. Lyrics like a puzzle, that'll stick in your mind. A true Grower, ten years later, now more than ever.
