One of the great rock n roll albums of all time, it grows on you and gets better with time. Production is both crisp and raw at the same time. Vocals are the best sounding yet for a Blues Explosion record, Lryics are a big improvement as well. This one will stand the test of time.

  1. It's by no means a bad album, just not his best by a long way, or the triumphant return it should have been.
  2. Ultimately, this is merely a straight-down-the-line rock'n'roll album.
  3. Traditional progressions temper the punkish wails and feedback that dominated previous albums, revealing a tight garage-rock band to be reckoned with. [26 Apr 2002, p.148]
