Front to back, Relentless, Reckless Forever is probably the most consistent Children of Bodom release yet.

You are talking about an ideal Children of Bodom record here.

The year has only just begun, but if there is one metal album to purchase in 2011 so far, this is it.

Relentless Reckless Forever, the band's seventh album, is more of the same but faster and stronger.

It's not bad, it just doesn't hit the heights of previous efforts, most of the songs just kind of pass you by, I don't remember how they go. The album does get better towards the end however, which has some great tracks. But, as there are only 9 tracks, the last 3 great tracks can't really make up for what is a disappointing release.
