Though not a return to the glory of 80's and early 90's, it is a more mature outing, with a few scars from the journey showing themselves as inadequate fodder for inspiration. The album is not bad by any means, just not able to find its groove and hold it for an album's worth of songs. I think Rise is a great first step to what will hopefully be a renaissance for Curt and Cris. Here's sending some muse mojo your way guys. Full Review »
