Birchard's music is euphoric and in your face--if only he could combine his staggering technique with some true grit.

Small EP for Hudson Mohawke who continues a work full of originality and constantly more confused than surprising. As always, expressiveSmall EP for Hudson Mohawke who continues a work full of originality and constantly more confused than surprising. As always, expressive tempos and beats, incredible switches even if great tracks at first sight can easily become unbearable, as 'Thunder Bay' can be for example. Actually I didn't need Hudson Mohawke to add more weird sound to this spectacular mess (you know I'm currently talking about 'Cbat', aren't you?). Fortunately I can recognize that this short and slight effort is definitely spectacular, especially the songs 'Octan' and 'All Your Love', that were the two most astonishing tracks of the record.
