    So Outta Reach won't garner the same legacy as the album that song came from, Born in the U.S.A., but at its best, it's enjoyable enough to pretend that it will.

    The latter, less Smoke Ringy tracks are a worthwhile stepping stone for him, but Kurt just doesn't quite pull them off with that catchy, carefree artistry we all know he's capable of.

    Even if you've got Smoke Ring for My Halo, go get this one (it will be available as its own vinyl pressing), because this thing is way more than just some tacked-on companion piece.
