    Splazsh evokes mood on a larger scale than Hazyville, increasing possibilities by stepping up production technique and stylistic variety, but it continues to focus on music's effect on the mind by allowing technique to undermine and contradict itself.

    Splazsh is another dimension in which one easily gets lost. However, on repeated listens it fully unveils its secrets and intricacy. Hubble is puzzling and hypnotic, while Maze is a sonic equivalent of a froid metal taken from a deep space meteor. There are other solid tracks but sometimes they feel like drafts, not finished songs. Purrple Splazsh explores the title colour with one good beating. Wrong Potion and Casanova are as disorienting as they reach for evil and sinisterness.… Full Review »
