There are no musical clangers, and occasionally the guitar work is more ambitious than it needs to be. Bryan’s voice, when it is low and slow, is more exciting than his bro-holler, but both are pleasure for pleasure’s sake--and pleasure is enough reason to listen to this collection.

The strongest tracks are the greasy acoustic boogie of “Checkin’ Out” and the emotional hangover of “You and the Beach,” which finds a breakup lingering like a bad sunburn.

There's a little heartbreak here and there, but drinking--a constant theme, naturally--helps wash it away.

All the new songs find Bryan looking back over his shoulder at all the fun he's had over the years. Even when the songs get a little funky, as they do on the descending blues riff of the title track, there's a slight melancholic tinge

The tunes are infused with banjos, B3s and other instruments without sounding cluttered. It’s nicely done, but you would hope for better material.

Not that I expected much in the first place, but even for Luke Bryan, I've never heard a more cliche-ridden, repulsive "country" album before. I had to take a break halfway through listening to puke. It's turned into a major joke. It's ridden with cliches of girls in tight pants, beer, trucks, tobacco, being poor, farming, you name it, and the sad part is that basically every contemporary country singer sounds the same, all songs sound the same, and all of the lyrical themes stay the same. What makes this album so bad is that it is chock full of all of those aforementioned things, and it's not even ashamed. Luke Bryan is one of the worst new country singers and I hope he gives up soon.
