    One of THE BEST bands of the 1980's and of all time. Led by the always trendy Wife and Husband Duo of Tina Weymouth and Chris Franz, they haveOne of THE BEST bands of the 1980's and of all time. Led by the always trendy Wife and Husband Duo of Tina Weymouth and Chris Franz, they have easily proven their iconic status to the music world by having one of the most popular sampled songs of all time "Genius of Love". Despite also being a part of one the legendary band Talking Heads, I personally feel that Weymouth and Franz are able to show their full creative and fun artistic abilities and allows then to truly shine through The Tom Tom Club. As the other bands of punk rock and new wave gained notoriety in the early 80's, The Tom Tom Club, being a mixture of many genres, truly is in a league of their own. And they just always make me smile.

Vocals are in top for, and the band is ready to experiment within the comforts of their jam-band roots. A consistent and fun musical journey perfect for Summer with only a few missteps that do nothing more than bleed into the other more successful tracks.
