    After the debut, Saigon delights us with this strong second album that is musically perhaps slightly lower than the first. More Just Blaze and less unknown producers perhaps it would have been enough to make this album an instant classic.

    Almost nothing here dips to ordinary. And beats or not, one reason is that the rapper's rough clarity is musical bedrock.
