    It might not make for a great listen, but its swagger and white-trash style make it the second-best record in his catalog.

    Kid's rapping is righteous, he's a fine vocalist, and like most musicians, his appalling persona contradicts his renown as a sweetheart of a guy. Nonetheless, as History repeats itself, his constant bragging only serves to undermine his credibility, and as a result, he becomes an idiotic parody of his own sick constructs.

    Is The History Of Rock the worst album of all time? In a word: Probably. I suppose I can’t say for sure, as I haven’t heard Kid Rock’s other records.

    its the hsit bringing stuuff back from the old albums and putting unreleased songs on there was great

    Sorry Kid Rock, but this album wasn't anywhere near as good as Devil without a cause, First off, Kid rock stole Metallica's "Sad but True" And rapped over it and named the song "American Bad Ass", The other songs were okay but Kid Rock Also used "Eminem" inspired songs in this album. So overall 3.0 out of 10… Expand
