  1. 80
Despite the scattered feel of the album, its individual components are undeniably solid and easy to listen to.
  2. Under The Radar

Breathing a love lorn vitality into a batch of tunes that rank among his best, he makes obvious his big record collection, but even more than that, his bigger heart. [Fall 2010, p.63]
  3. It might be a bit too idealistic for some people, but these are songs with melodies in abundance, and appealing melodic and lyrical quirks.
  4. Dec 21, 2010

On his fifth full-length, this '60s-pop obsessive mostly ditches the balmy homemade chorales of his earlier work for folk-rock verities, crafting his tightest, fullest-sounding record yet.
  5. To Dreamers is one of Stoltz's most satisfying efforts to date, sounding bolder and more invigorated than nearly anything before it. Yet, when Stoltz sneers "Do you want to rock'n'roll with me?", exactly who's doing the asking gets a little lost in the tune's glammy shuffle.
  6. Uncut
    60
Kelley Stoltz is one of the millennium's great unsung auteurs. To Dreamers is frustrating though. [Nov 2010, p.102]
  7. Q Magazine
    Dec 20, 2010
    60
Not surprisingly, To Dreamers doesn't stray far from what's gone before. [Dec 2010, p.114]
