  1. In all Too Old To Die Young could be listened to in 20 years and it wouldn’t sound a day older, but it is unlikely to warrant interest past the first weeks of purchase.
  2. Too Old to Die Young is a fully plugged-in affair that expands on the muscular sighs of its predecessor and ups the rhythmic ante.
  3. Uncut

They can do dreamy folk, they can also violently attack their guitars, but best of all is the opening track, 'So Messed Up,' a Neil Young-inspired ballad where the guitars rumble and flicker oiver Ryan Sawyer's Keith Moon-style perpetual drum solo. [May 2008, p.111]
  4. Now, uneven or not, the songs seem to breathe on their own, benefiting from a shot of rhythm and a healthy sweat.
