Dec 8, 201010A brilliant soundscape that blends perfectly with the movie. While their past work has always left me feeling a bit underwhelmed, they've really shown real ability as composers with Tron: Legacy. Who knew techno and orchestral could work this well together?

Dec 10, 20105One word; disappointing. Daft Punk are capable of so much better, but they seem reliant on past glories as we tick over the 5th year since the duo have produced anything substantial. Here they channel everyone else but themselves; Wagner, Zimmer, Elfman, Gregson-Williams, Vangelis. But the imitation is weak, and ultimately getting Daft Punk on board feels entirely pointless.

Jan 25, 201110Awesome music to listen to. I'm not familiar with Daft Punk's past work, but I can tell they did an awesome job on the soundtrack of Tron Legacy!

Dec 18, 201010Never listened to a soundtrack as much as I have listened to this one. Some tracks are just beautiful and some are just freaking awesome. If there is another sequel, Daft Punk...you have to do it!

Mar 2, 20118This movie ROCKS. I almost liked it better then the first. They kept it simple and effective, didnt go overboard, good story line, good acting. Solid action, a MUST watch for anyone who seen the first and enjoyed that. This will surely not disappoint you.

Oct 5, 201110Daft Punk really out did themselves on this one. The album feels like a story without the context of Tron. I enjoyed almost every song on this album. Great music for everyone on their stone hustle and flow.

May 12, 201310Best decision Disney ever made. Choose Daft Punk to write the Tron: Legacy album. This album was almost better then the movie itself. It blends with the movie with the movie's electronic feel.

Apr 28, 201150The music is so devoid of anything to grab onto, listening to it is rather like plummeting at speed through the artificial landscape constructed for the film. [Mar 2011, p.48]

Jan 27, 201160The fortunes of this soundtrack will ultimately rest with the success of the film but its brooding mix of old and new styles certainly wets your appetite to see it.

Jan 11, 201175After listening to Legacy it seems difficult to imagine anyone else achieving what they have whilst working with Disney studios.
