Prove[s] they have something in common with Common: They can be conscious without being soft. [24 Jun 2005, p.162]
  2. U.S.A. certainly has its rough patches, but it also boasts a surprisingly broad, rich emotional palette in addition to plenty of the expected raunchy anthems.

Their... most ambitious album. [10 Jul 2005]
  4. U.S.A. is a good-not-great Southern rap album, overlong and weighted down by too many inept slow tracks but boasting enough furious, kinetic dance tracks to make it worth your money.
  5. At 77 minutes and 23 tracks, the sprawling album is weighed down by some filler and redundant numbers, but as a step forward for a party band riding on whatever the Dirty South sound of the moment is, it's surprisingly bold and accomplished.

Always liked the twins- but they lacked maturity. Here, they show it, creating some amazing results.

I enjoyed all the ying yang twins cds so I guess this is no exception. the first half of the cd is a bit slow and R&B but the last part is I enjoyed all the ying yang twins cds so I guess this is no exception. the first half of the cd is a bit slow and R&B but the last part is good with something to dance to. but I guess if you can't dance or feel music then this cd is not the best for you. the only thing that I don't like is there are a lot of skits on the cd but that's no big deal Expand

The Ying Yang twins have definately 'brought it' on this their 2005 album! The album is undoubted genius reach 'Outkast The Ying Yang twins have definately 'brought it' on this their 2005 album! The album is undoubted genius reach 'Outkast proportions'! They tackle important social topics without being preachy or boring. The album could easily have been named 'Ode To A Whore' but it is funny, inventive and creative. A suprisingly exhilarating listen! From Social Commentators to Sex gods to plain brothers. 'USA' is a must have for Summer 2005. Expand
