  1. In the end, this is a perfectly passable release if you need something to play in the background at your next cocktail party or if you're a dentist looking for something to play in the background.
  2. It took U2 10 years to reach this level of blandness.
  3. Perhaps spurred by the ease with which the Boring Solo has been grafted on to their chosen template, When It Falls finds Zero 7 expanding their horizons and going on to be boring in other areas.

One of the best releases of 2004. I'm giving it an 8 after the first spin. Nevertheless, we cannot deny that Zero 7 is one of the most innovative, fresh and creative groups of the last couple of decades. Full Review »

An album that epitomizes what it is to chill-out. The smooth vocals from Sia, Sophie, Mozez and Tina resinate in the air. An album that grows on you. I loved it. Full Review »
