  1. The Wire
    Apr 18, 2012
It is an utterly twisted delight. [Feb 2012, p.68]
  2. Jan 30, 2012
These jaunty experiments are some of Hagerty's most insular work in a while, but that doesn't make Wilson Semiconductors any less enjoyable.
  3. Jan 30, 2012
There are plenty of impulses worthy of exploration, but too often they end up tarnished by a listless desire to meander without direction, making Wilson Semiconductors feel more like a stopgap than a valuable addition to Hagerty's canon.
  4. Jan 30, 2012
Although Hagerty's mercurial inventiveness is occasionally electrifying, it's not clear who will have the patience to comb through experiments that generally fall flat.
  5. Uncut
    Feb 1, 2012
The result is four meandering tracks. [Feb 2012, p.89]
  6. Jan 30, 2012
At four songs and around 33 minutes, the album doesn't have much structure, with songs starting and ending after random durations, and without the drums, it's low on beat.
