  1. Much of With a Cape and a Cane is plagued with over-the-top dance wankery and a bit too much recycled influence.
  2. With a Cape and a Cane feels more like it was made by a band of salty old musicians hoping to revive a past success instead of a sophomore album.
  3. The Joggers do their thing very well, but it too often turns into camoflauge, as if the artistic presentation is more a study in form than a revelation.

    Friggin amazing. The nuance they find in rock tickles my brain while my feet and head are still moving. Worth many repeated listens, there is Friggin amazing.     I can not stop listening to this record. It gets better everytime. It took me a bit to warm up to it , originally expecting a little more I can not stop listening to this record. It gets better everytime. It took me a bit to warm up to it , originally expecting a little more solid guild, but there diversion away from their first album was splendid. I am a horny ghost!
