    Only a small step up from vanishing point and you get near perfect record (I skip the Chemical Bros. remix almost all the time) - I'm starting to forgive them for Give Out, But Don't Give Up.

    This is one of the best albums ive ever heard. Total agressive and chaotic. This noise wont let you sit .

    A true Classic, after a few years it still is getting played in my cd player while my Strokes " Is This It " is collecting dust.

    this is not only the definitive soundtrack to life after the Criminal Justice Bill, it's a fucking good lash-up too. I defy you to stick on "Accelerator" at top volume and not be screaming with joy.

    This album is lame compared to other Primal Scream's releases. It is mostly loud, repetitious and unlistenable. If you can sit through the entire thing you should receive partial royalties.

    It's not as good as Screamadelica, but it is still better than anything else that gets played on any music station.

    Excellent! This album is truly a classic. It deserves to be up there with OK Computer in pushing the limits of the technology used in rock music. I bought a couple of other Primal Scream albums after hearing this and they were rubbish. How can one group be so inconsistent??

    A truly phenomenal album. Unquestionably their best and a fine send off for the Creation label. This record blew away all the chaff that was left at the end of the nineties. This is as far removed from easy listening as is humanly possible! Stand out tracks are too numerous to mention but the baselines in the title track and Shoot Speed Kill Light show Mani at his best.     Having not heard screamadelica, I was unsure what to expect. Not only was I blown away but now I have a new found respect for acid house artists. I used to think the genre was pointless and had no future but now I get it

    This album gets better each time I listen to it. If you like Thievery Corporation or any other Trip-Hop, or just instrumental groups. I recommend this album.

    Think of a universe far, far away, where Ministry, Raw Power-era Iggy Pop, Public Enemy, and Meat Beat Manifesto get together for a pissed-off, hyped-up jam. That's what XTRMNTR sounds like, and it's a downright amazing disc.
