Biography:
Abigail Leigh Spencer was born on August 4, 1981 in Gulf Breeze, Florida. At the age of 4, Abigail entered in the pageant system. By the time she was 11 she won a state title. This early experience helps her deal gracefully with disappointments.
An accomplished vocalist, she traveled with her church choir to Germany in her freshman year at Gulf Breeze High school. A highlight of her sophomore year was her audition into the Broadway Theatre Project, helmed by Ann Reinking. Continuing to study drama and dance, her junior year was spent focusing on student government. In her senior year of high school everything came together for her. Along with choreographing, directing and starring as Rizzo in a local production of Grease, she beat hundreds of other young hopeful girls for the role of Becca and got the call from All My Children. After her senior prom and high school graduation, Abigail headed for Manhattan and All My Children.
