Biography: Billy Dee Williams was born in Harlem to Texan William and Loretta. His mother was an elevator operator at Broadway's Lyceum Theatre, and she soon volunteered him to appear to stage. He has a twin sister, Loretta. He attended the Harlem Actors Workshop and the National Academy of Design School of Fine Arts. He returned to a more straightforward upbringing, concentrating on training as a painter before once more venturing into acting as an adult. He has been married several times: Audrey Sellars, Marlene Clark and Teruko Nakagami. He has four children with Teruko: Corey, Miyaka, Camera and Hanako.
