Biography: Cesar was born and raised in Mexico. Even as a child he had a natural talent in dog communication. Since he always seemed to be surrounded by dogs, he was given the nickname "El Perrero", which translated means the Dogman. After he migrated to America he made sure to follow his grandfather's advice, "never work against Mother Nature." Determined to be more than a dog trainer teaching basic commands, he studied books on dog psychology and also learned through his own observation and awareness. Cesar came up with his own formula to keep dogs balanced. He runs the Dog Psychology Center in Los Angeles on a 2-acre facility that not only rehabilitates dogs but their owners, as well.
