Debbie was a cheerleader in High School. She moved from Wisconsin to Los Angeles after graduation where after a series of events she decided to enter the field of Fitness. Debbie has been been involved in fitness since 1988. In 1998, she met Carl Daikeler through a mutual friend, and that led to the creation of the "Thin Thighs Guaranteed!" video for Beachbody.com. The popularity of that video led to additional research with Beachbody into ways one can get better results in less time. The result was "Slim in 6." This was followed by the "Slim Series" and the role of Fitness Advisor on the FOX seires "The Swan."

Many fans attest to the support and effectiveness of Debbie's leadership as a Fitness Advisor. In addition, they would like to see Debbie be the next "Wonder Woman," because...well...she already is.

Debbie Siebers is a certified personal trainer in Los Angeles and has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over ten years.
She began her career working as a trainer for Body-By-Jake, a pioneer in popularizing personal fitness in the entertainment community. Some of her clients have included Amy Irving, Tori Spelling, Penny Marshall, Ann Spielberg and Paul Marciano.
While working for Jake, she participated in Samuel Goldwyn's Health and Fitness Pilot and also was featured with Jake on CNN's Fitness Break. Debbie continued to work as a self-employed exercise instructor, training clients privately in their homes, and was also employed by Crunch Gym, Meridian Sports Club, For Women Only Gym and the Peninsula Hotel. Her outstanding achievements resulted in numerous long-term professional relationships.
Along the way, she has participated in numerous television productions, including ten shows for FIT TV's cooking and exercise show "Fitting It In". She also hosted exercise segments for E! News Daily and KABC. Debbie has done two workout videos by Guthey-Renker Corp. entitled "Thin Thighs Guaranteed" and "Great Buns Guaranteed". She has also been the spokesperson for Bowflex and has hosted and co-hosted for fitness infomercials, including Body Vibes and Superfood System.
Debbie's exercise philosophy has always been to treat everyone as an individual and to design safe, creative and challenging programs aimed at achieving the client's specific goals.

A fitness leader for 20 years, Siebers began her career as a personal trainer for "Body by Jake," a pioneer in popularizing personal fitness within the entertainment community. She has also worked as a personal trainer for Crunch and Powerhouse Gyms, Meridian Sports Club, Todd Tramp's Body Sculpture and the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA.

Siebers has served as a host/co-host for fitness projects such as Bowflex and Body Vibes. Her numerous TV appearances include CNN, E! Entertainment Television, The Travel Channel, Fit TV and "LIVE with Regis and Kelly," among others. She was recently featured as an expert judge on the Discovery Health Channel's "National Body Challenge".

In 1999, Siebers was approached by Beachbody CEO Carl Daikeler to create the "Thin Thighs Guaranteed" and "Great Buns Guaranteed" exercise videos, which were part of the "Great Body Collection." This series was based on methods that she perfected to slim and shrink those trouble spots on her celebrity clients. The popularity of the workouts led to the development of the highly successful "Slim-in-6" and "Slim" series DVD/VHS video programs for Beachbody. It was rated one of the top fitness infomercials in the country in 2004. Beachbody is currently working on her third infomercial for "Slim-in-6."
THE SWAN contestants work out in the gym with Siebers, using programs she designs specifically for them. In conjunction, they use her "Slim-in-6" program in their apartments.

Siebers is a certified member of the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and currently resides in Los Angeles.
