Elisabeth Moss

Biography: Elizabeth Moss, born on July 24, 1982 in Los Angeles, California, is a film and TV actress known for her playing the president's daughter, Zoey Bartlet, on The West Wing, rookie cop Dani Bannerman on Fear Itself, and the naive secretary Peggy Olsen on Mad Men. She is also famous for playing the burn victim and mental institution patient, Polly Clark, in Girl, Interrupted.

Moss began acting in the early nineties, appearing in made-for-TV movies and guest-starring on animated series. Between 1992 and 1995, she played a recurring role on the CBS Drama Picket Fences. Soon after, she landed various roles in films such as The Last Supper (1995), Anywhere But Here, and Virgin.

In 2007, she began her fictional career as a secretary of a '60s advertising firm in Madison Avenue on AMC's critically-acclaimed series Mad Men. The following year, she starred in the horror anthology series Fear Itself.
