John Cena

Biography: John was born in West Newbury, Massachusetts in 1977. He was given the same name as his father and he is the second oldest of 5 siblings, they are: Dan, Matt, Steve and Sean. John attended Cushing Academy. He graduated from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts with a degree in exercise physiology. After playing college football, where he achieved All-American status as a center, Cena persued a career as a bodybuilder. When that didn't pan out, he followed in his father's footsteps and went into the wrestling profession. John began training to become a wrestler in 2000 at the California-based Ultimate Pro Wrestling (UPW) where he created the character 'The Prototype'. He then moved onto Ohio Valley Wrestling before joining the more high profile, WWE. Since joining the WWE he has won a 'Royal Rumble' match, the WWE United States Championship, the World Tag Team Championship, and the WWE Championship. The WWE opened up many new doors for John.
