Biography: Joshua Michael Peck was born November 10, 1986 in New York and is best known for his role as Josh Nichols in the popular series Nickelodeon , Drake and Josh.Josh's acting career started when he was four (4) years old but it was not until Josh starred in The Amanda Show that he started getting recognition for his work.Josh never met his father and lived with his mother and grandmother. Growing up, he had a very severe case of asthma that restricted him from going outside and spent most of his time at home watching television and movies.At the age of 8, Josh discovered stand-up comedy and appeared at a local children's theater.In 2000, Josh was cast on The Amanda Show opposite Amanda Bynes and moved to San Francisco with his mother to further pursue a career in acting, however before he was on The Amanda Show Josh was on the tv game show Double Dare 2000 were he first met his now good friend Drake Bell.Josh's career began to take off and he started receiving movie roles. In 2004, Josh and co-star Drake Bell from The Amanda Show got their own spin-off show.Josh's film credits include The Newcomers (Slim), Havoc (Josh Rubin), and Safety Glass (Jim).Josh's Voice Credits include; What Ever Happened to Robot Jones?
