Biography: Kerry Washington is an American actress born in the Bronx, New York City, New York on January 31, 1977. She is best known for her roles in movies like Ray Charles; wife, Della Bea Robinson, in the movie Ray, also the role as Alicia Masters in the 2005 movie Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer which is to premiere in 2007. Kerry also starred in the critically acclaimed independent film Our Song. Her father was a successful realtor. Kerry went to The Spence School in Manhattan, graduating in 1994; comrade alumni include Gwyneth Paltrow and Emmy Rossum. Washington then went on to gain a theater degree in 1999 from the George Washington University.
