Mark Heap

Biography: Mark started his career in street theatre with comedy juggling duo 'The Two Marks', they won the Time Out street Entertainer of the year award in 1987....classy!

Moving into radio he did a lot of work with Chris Morris on his controversial show Blue Jam, an early incarnation of Channel 4 show Jam. Since then his career has gone from strength to strength (if of course you can top the Time Out street Entertainer of the year award) with starring roles in critically acclaimed comedies such as Spaced, Brass Eye and Big Train. Mark is also the voice behind cartoon character Stressed Eric and also appeared in a second series of Paul Whitehouse's 'Happiness'.

Most recently Mark has been seen on TV in Channel Four's comedy drama Green Wing and the BBC drama Lark Rise to Candleford.
