The family lives in the Valencia, CA area, where Mike owns the Santa Clarita School of the Performing Arts -- which explains how Matthew began his acting training. According to dad, Matthew's acting talent may be hereditary because his uncle, Jay Josten, was a well-known actor who played "Mr. District Attorney" in radio's dramatic heyday.

The favorite pastimes of this multi-talented youngster include karate, basketball, swimming and bike riding. He is also an excellent student, with grades to prove it, and was recently voted "Neatest Kid in School!"
