Ntare hails from Uganda. He was born in New Hampshire and grew up in America. He started his career at an early age when he was in primary school and through college taking part in plays.
Ntare finished his education in New York University receiving his Masters in Fine Arts. He has studied in several other locations like Russia where he was perfecting his craft at The Moscow Arts Theatre, The University of Virginia and also in The Royal National Theatre in London. Ntare is an accomplished photographer, documentarian and writer. His debut as a playwrite was Biro which he also produced with the belief that one man can tell a thousand stories through raw emotions. The play was based on his uncle. It received critical acclaim at the Uganda's National Theatre and has been shown around the world. His photographs have also been appreciated around the United Nations amongst several other museums. His documentary Beware of Time which was screened in 2004 about HIV-positive Ugandans.
