Regis Philbin

Biography: A native New Yorker, Regis Philbin took A.M. Los Angeles from the bottom of the ratings to number one.

Philbin is the co-host of the long-running morning show, originally The Morning Show, then changed to Live with Regis and Kathy Lee when Kathy Lee Gifford joined. Upon Gifford's departure, Kelly Ripa became co-host, and the name was changed to Live with Regis and Kelly.

Philbin has also hosted Who Wants To Be a Millionaire and currently hosts a reincarnation of the c game show Password titled Million Dollar Password. In the summer of 2004, he became the most filmed television personality of all-time, with over 15,000 hours.

Regis and wife Joy have two adult daughters, Joanne and Jennifer.
