Biography: Born in Detroit, Michigan, Rob Paulsen had a talent for mimicking and creating funny voices from an early age. While playing bit parts and background voices on many animated shows in the early 1980s, including The Smurfs and Thundercats, he soon became a series regular on G.I. Joe and the The Gummi Bears, and quickly became one of the most recognizable voices in animated television. After being cast as the voice of Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Paulsen became one of the busiest voice actors in the industry. He has won four consecutive Annie Awards and won a Daytime Emmy Award in 1999 for his work as Pinky in Pinky and the Brain. His most recent project is the voice of Peck in Back at the Barnyard. He is married to Parrish Todd with whom he was one son, Ashton, who was born in 1984. They live in Los Angeles with their two Yorkshire terriers, Pooshie and Tala.
