Rupert Penry-Jones

Biography: Rupert was born Sep.22, 1970 in London. His parents are actors Angela Thorne and Peter Penry-Jones. He has a younger brother, Laurence, who is an actor as well. After graduating from Dulwich College in London, Rupert attended Bristol Old Vic Theatre School but left after 2 years. He spent 18 months in Milan, Italy, working as a runway fashion model, before returning to England to pursue acting. His wife is Irish actress Dervla Kirwan, whom he met while performing in a play together in 2001 (Dangerous Corner). They have a daughter, Florence, who was born May 1st, 2004, and son Peter was born April 6th, 2006.
