Sandra Colton was born in Des Moines, Iowa and lived there until she was three years old. At that time, she, her mom and sister moved to Millbrae, California where she and sister Christine began taking dance and voice lessons. Performing in a song and dance troupe called P'zzazz, Sandra learned that she was made for the stage and screen and has actively pursued this ever since!
Sandra and her sister were on Star Search and moved to Las Vegas to continue their careers in entertainment. After Sandra's sister went on to college, Sandra became a Varsity Cheerleader at CMHS in Las Vegas. She went on to college at the University of Oregon where she obtained her B.A. in Sociology and minored in Communication Studies. She taught for Universal Cheerleaders Association for two years and moved back to Las Vegas after graduation.
As the Community Relations Coordinator for the XFL, Sandra provided press relations for the team and moved on to become a Laker Girl for the NBA's LA Lakers. She was most recently seen on FOX's smash hit So You Think You Can Dance. Sandra is releasing her debut album this fall and you can catch her on the national Fruit of the Loom commercial, the HBO comedy hit with Cedric the Entertainer called "Taking You Higher" and the third installment of the cheerleading saga, Bring It On, All or Nothing.… Expand
