Sandy Fox

Biography: Sandy Fox is a working voice actress now residing in beautiful Los Angeles, California.

At the age of 14, she was performing professionally as a singer at the Kennywood Theme Park in her hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After graduating high school she relocated to Orlando, Florida to work for the Walt Disney Company as an entertainer. Throughout her thirteen-year association with Disney she appeared as a singer, dancer and actress in numerous live stage shows, television specials, and special events. National audiences remember Miss Fox in 1988 as the lovable "Shirley Temple" tap dancing side by side with Tommy Tune in NBC's "4th of July Spectacular". Sandy also appeared as "Claire DeLune" in the ever popular "Hoop-dee-doo Revue" and as "Maxine the dingy maid" in Pleasure Island's "Adventurers Club". She was the lead singer in "Fantasy Follies" and on occasion flew over the Magic Kingdom as "Tinkerbell"!

During her residence in Orlando, Sandy was the featured
vocalist with the 1920's act "The Coconut Manor Orchestra" opening for such stars as Cab Calloway, Dizzy Gillespie, and Ray Charles at many jazz festivals and venues on the East Coast. During these performances Sandy appeared as the living version of the famed cartoon character "Betty Boop". She also appeared at Caesar's Palace, Las Vegas in a tribute to "Gracie Allen".

From 1989 to 1992 Sandy was a "Magic Girl" dancer with the Orlando Magic NBA Basketball team. Sandy also sang the national anthem during the Magic vs Bull's games.

Sandy has made television appearances on "The Muppet Show" and Nickelodeon's "Early Days" and "Welcome Home Freshman".

Currently Sandy is writing and recording original music with songwriter Lex Lang. Together they are Love Planet Records new artists called "Butterfly". Recently they placed as one of the top ten finalists of the Los Angeles Lilith Fair Talent Competition. They will be releasing their cd in the next year.

Sandy loves working in animation voice-over. She was a regular in the walla group on the "Simpson's" for three years and the "Critic". Her voice can also be heard on Steven Spielberg's "Toonsylvania", Fox Family's "Mad Jack the Pirate", "Hello Kitty's Paradise", & "Flint Time Detective". She's the voice of "Dinah" a new character in "Land Before Time VI", "Pete Patrick" in Nickelodeon's "Pete Patrick Private Eye" and "Mipsy "in Klasky Csupo's "As Told By Ginger".

Sandy is also developing her very own cartoon series "Sandy's Space Station & Cosmic Clubhouse". She has a large following of fans across the world for her work in numerous Anime titles and she feels very grateful and blessed to be doing the creative work she loves everyday.
