Scott MacDonald grew up in northwestern Montana. He graduated from Washington State University, and has a MFA in acting/theater from the California Institute of the Arts.
He loves to flyfish, and is a devoted fan of the Cougars! (football)
Scott MacDonald started his acting career on the stages of regional theaters from Atlanta to Washington DC, and also on Broadway. He has starred in Hamlet, played Stanley Kowolski in 'A Streetcar Named Desire,' and had a leading role in 'the Kentucky Cycle' (play was nominated for a Tony award and won a Pulitzer Prize.)
Since then, he has dabbled in everything from movies and shows, to commercials: Toyota, Oil of Olay, Amstel Light, Coors, Suzuki (to name a few.)
He has also voiced in several video games such as 'Enter the Matrix,' 'Bloodwake,' 'Red Faction II,' and as Gambit in 'The X-Men.' He recently voiced in the X-Men 2 as Gambit.
